After fourteen years in New York City, Carolyn made the move to Los Angeles in the summer of 2021. Carolyn quickly became enamored with LA's unique architecture and outdoor living spaces, and she is inspired by designs that blend the relaxed, low-key west coast lifestyle with the character and color of the east coast. Carolyn loves to spend her time outdoors exploring & wandering the hills in search of vistas. She lives in Silverlake with her husband, daughter, and Iranian-street-dog turned lovable-couch-potato, Peterson.

A born-and-bred Los Angeles native, Deanna 's love for the architecturally and culturally diverse landscape of the city continues to be her biggest inspiration. A graduate of the UCLA Interior Architecture & Design program, Deanna brings a bold yet refined eye to each project at JFD, and believes that all spaces should be infused with a little bit of color, drama and that perfect 'lived in' relaxed quality. In her free time, you can find Deanna up at dawn, foraging through local flea markets or sprawled out in the sunshine with her husband and great dane-mutt mix, Finn - park hopping and always searching for the perfect LA taco.

Greer was born and raised at the beach here in sunny Los Angeles! She graduated from USC with a degree in both business and design and found a way to integrate the two through the dynamic world of Interiors. Greer is drawn to homes with an effortless and relaxed feel, while still cozy and full of character. Greer is an avid traveler, farmers market attendee, and loyal dog mom to her spunky golden retriever, Ralph.

Born and raised in Venice Beach, Jillian was shaped early on by the artistic slant of the community. Always leaning into her creative side, Jillian initially developed an eye for architecture and design by working in real estate and property development. Previously a jewelry designer, she craved a more creative career and decided to make the leap into interior design. Jillian currently resides in Venice with her 2-year-old daughter and fiancé, and their oversized goldendoodle Jerry. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new foodie hot spots, sharing time with friends and family, and spending a leisurely day at the beach.

Born and raised in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, Nicole is a recent transplant to Los Angeles, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a love of indoor-outdoor living. Nicole joined JFD after earning her degree in Strategic Communications from University of Colorado, Boulder and has already proven to be a quick thinker and a great asset to the Design Team. In her free time Nicole enjoys exploring LA's restaurant scene, setting up for a day at the beach, and exploring Southern California’s eclectic off-the-beaten-path small towns - bringing her back to her roots!
